TRADE SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Harrogate Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing industry leading service levels to our Trade Sales customers. An internal ambassador for the development of Trade Sales, the job holder will liaise closely with the operations department to ensure that Trade customers are provided with the highest standard of customer service.

In addition this role will be responsible for all trade sample fulfilment which is an important part of the company’s growth plans.

Objective:

Offering support for all Trade Enquiries

Sales order processing accurately and efficiently.

Following up quotations and imputing onto system.

Following up all sample requests for all trade enquiries in a timely manner

Ensure samples are packed and posted in line with company SLAS

Supporting the Trade Sales department with other administrative tasks as required

Work closely with the Operations team based in Harrogate to ensure client needs are met. This includes managing client expectations on lead times.

Demonstrate good numeracy skills

Navision experience would be useful but not essential however you should certainly be at ease with the CRM element of a full ERP system
