This Jurassic marble slab is an exceptionally striking natural stone, defined by tightly layered ribbons of silver-grey, charcoal, black and soft white. Its fine, rhythmic banding sweeps across the surface in dramatic folds and curves, creating a remarkable sense of movement reminiscent of ancient rock strata or a topographical landscape.

Its complex pattern reflects successive mineral-rich layers that have been compressed, fractured and folded by geological forces, producing the fluid, almost wood-grained character for which the stone is known.

The pronounced directional movement of this particular slab makes it especially effective across broad, uninterrupted surfaces. It can also be book-matched to create highly decorative, symmetrical compositions. Used as a feature material, Jurassic marble introduces depth, texture and a powerful architectural presence to contemporary interiors.
