Enter the Lapicida Slab Gallery, and you will discover a carefully curated collection of some of the world’s finest marble, limestone, porcelain and other premium surfaces. Each slab is chosen for its scale, quality and visual impact. Sourced by our team of experienced specialists from leading quarries and producers worldwide, each is expertly finished by artisan craftspeople.
Our Slab Gallery is open by appointment, and before you arrive, it helps if you have a clear vision, specific surfaces in mind, accurate measurements and an installer in place for your project. This allows our Project Consultants to be fully prepared to advise you, helping ensure a smooth installation once the material is delivered.
BRINGING VISION TO REALITY
Scale and budget are key factors in shaping effective design decisions. For example, a single bathroom with a higher budget may allow for the impact of book-matched or quarter-matched marble slabs. For larger areas across multiple rooms, our high-quality porcelain slabs offer a practical way to achieve a similar aesthetic within a more limited budget.
As we do not provide measuring, templating or fitting services, it is always best to bring accurate project measurements, any relevant plans, and an idea of budget. This allows us to help you identify the most suitable solution for your design vision.
THE SELECTION EXPERIENCE
You may wish to begin by exploring our Slab Collection online to understand the range of surfaces available. Each pre-cut slab is shown in full, with details on size, thickness and finish, along with close-up imagery to highlight surface detail. Slabs are presented in sequence. We show the first, middle and final slabs from each block to illustrate the natural variation in veining and appearance.
As selecting the right slab is an important part of the process, most of our clients choose to schedule an appointment to experience our Slab Collection in person. This enables you to get a true sense of scale, surface finish, and natural variation in colour and veining of each slab. If a visit is not possible, we can provide additional detailed imagery to support your selection.

Once you experience the sheer scale and quality of our Slab Collection and have made your selection, we can take it from there. We handle the logistics so you can stay focused on the design. We can provide samples for you or your client on request, but please appreciate that natural stone slabs are unique, so the pattern and colour can vary considerably.
We will provide a bespoke delivery quotation and delivery date, that takes into account your location and the number of pieces ordered. Alternatively, your installer can arrange to collect. Want to secure the exact slabs you need, but cannot yet take delivery? We can hold your order until you are ready. (Please note: A holding fee may apply for extended periods).
If you only require a relatively small piece for your project, offcuts and smaller pieces are often available. Simply contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Situated alongside our Slab Gallery, the facility unites experienced stone masons and craftspeople with a deep understanding of our materials, with the most advanced cutting and finishing equipment in the UK. The result is a fabrication capability dedicated to creating unique pieces.
Working to your exact dimensions, plans and design intent, our team can cut, hone and polish each piece with precision and care. Every edge, surface and detail is executed to a consistently high standard. Our expert team also specialises in the art of book and quarter matching marble. From selection through to fabrication and finishing, they ensure accurate alignment of veining for a cohesive final result.
