Used in art and architecture for centuries, Carrara marble is one of Italy’s most established stones. Quarried in the mountains above the Tuscan town of Carrara, it was famously selected by Michelangelo for David and later used by sculptor Henry Moore.

This Carrara marble slab is defined by its clear white base and soft grey veining. Bright without feeling stark, it has a natural movement that is both timeless and well suited to contemporary interiors. Suitable for internal floor and wall applications, it has been used successfully across both residential and commercial projects, including kitchens and bathrooms.

Supplied as standard in a polished finish, it has a smooth, refined surface. Each slab is unique, but all retain the distinctive character that makes Carrara so widely recognised.

Our North Yorkshire site features a comprehensive collection of marble blocks, all under one roof.

Each block is pre-cut into multiple slabs, creating a range of possibilities for bespoke pieces. We display a sequence of slabs to demonstrate the variation in veining, supported by close-up detail.

We recommend arranging an appointment to explore the collection further.
