Our Classic Square Refectory Table combines timeless craftsmanship with the distinctive character of Birr Oyster Fossil Limestone. Designed to seat four people, its clean, balanced proportions make it a versatile addition to kitchens, dining spaces and garden rooms.

The tabletop is crafted from Birr Oyster Fossil Limestone, a striking black limestone characterised by fossilised oyster shells embedded within the stone millions of years ago. These natural inclusions create unique markings and subtle tonal variation across the surface, ensuring that every table is one of a kind. In addition, the limestone surface is hand treated to create an elegant and softer, matt feel making it more suitable for everyday use.

A handcrafted English oak base provides a robust foundation for the stone top, showcasing the beauty of natural materials and traditional craftsmanship. Available in a range of edge profiles, the table can be tailored to complement both contemporary and classic interiors.

For outdoor settings, the table can be specified with UV-treated, water-resistant oak, discreet raised feet and a tailored weatherproof cover. These enhancements provide additional protection from the elements while preserving the character and integrity of the piece.
