Inspired by the limestone used in the famous Château d’Amboise in the Loire Valley, France. Over the centuries, the floors in such historic buildings have undergone a series of transformations that have added to their appeal. Lapicida’s Amboise porcelain tiles replicate those pronounced variations and add a contemporary twist, making them ideal for both contemporary and traditional properties. This brings the natural beauty of the Loire Valley into contemporary spaces where the industrial/urban style can work so well – whether for private interiors, commercial spaces or hospitality settings.
Lapicida’s Amboise designs are unglazed porcelain stoneware – renowned for being non-absorbent and frost-proof as well as being resistant to bending, impacts, staining, chemical attacks and thermal shocks.
Available in two matt-finish colourways – Calce and Polvere – and two sizes: 600 x 1200 x 8.5mm and 800 x 800 x 8.5mm.
