IT SPECIALIST

Reporting to:  Operations Manager

Location:  Knaresborough

Key Responsibilities

To be a key figure in the implementation of the new API system and its roll out across the company and to assist the team with the transition from Microsoft Dynamics Navision . To effectively manage the day-to-day IT Requirements of the company whilst continuously monitoring these needs and creating and implementing new software/ systems where required to improve productivity and service overall.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:

Helping Implement a new API system into the business.

Assisting the internal team with this transition.

Transferring data from Navision Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Odoo

Setting up individuals onto the new system and ensuring their system is functional and specific for their role.

Basic Coding knowledge

Creating pathways and business specific software to improve service and functionality.

Reporting:

To build an effective suite of reports for the new API system.

To report any system issues to the operations manager and wider team.
