About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to cover a colleague’s maternity leave for around 10 months. This is a hands-on role for someone proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud who loves luxury design and knows how to bring beautiful materials to life through compelling imagery and words.

You’ll help shape the creative voice of Lapicida across web, social, email and print, ensuring every piece of content reflects the quality of our products and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include:

•    Planning and managing the content calendar.
•    Writing engaging copy and creating visually compelling web and email content.
•    Creating, managing, and reporting on organic, paid social and email campaigns.
•    Shooting and editing in-house photography and video.
•    Producing print-ready content for brochures and POS.
•    Maintaining consistent brand standards across all channels.
•    Briefing external design, PR, and photography partners when specialist support is needed.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Digital, as well as our sales and senior leadership teams, to ensure content supports our commercial priorities.

About you

You’ll have a background in marketing or communications, a strong eye for design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. You’ll bring practical experience in photography, video editing and copywriting, alongside the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.

Strong organisation and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage several projects at once in a busy, on-site environment.

Experience with Mailchimp and Shopify would be an advantage, as would experience in luxury goods, interiors, architecture, or design-led brands.
