Examples from two Lapicida ranges feature in The World of Interiors May 2021 edition. First, in the “Antennae” section dedicated to what’s hot in kitchens and bathrooms, our Tin Panel ceramic tiles, which are available in a choice of six vintage colourways. The Tin Panel draws inspiration from the pressed tin tiles often used to clad ceilings in 19th Century American homes, mimicking plasterwork.
In a second feature, Max Egger selects some of his favourite tiles, picking our two handmade ceramic tiles – San Carlos and Sant Rafael – from the Ibiza collection in our new Mediterranean Collection. Made using a centuries-old technique, the curation pays homage to traditional Mediterranean ceramic designs. Beautifully imperfect, the range illustrates the natural texture of glazed terracotta.
