Sandstone
Sandstone is a sedimentary rock composed of a quartz or feldspar, or both. Common colours of sandstone are tan, brown, yellow, red, grey and white. Some sandstones are resistant to weathering, yet are easy to work with, which makes sandstone a popular choice for outdoor paving.
Lapicida Yorkshire sandstone is perfect for external use, but can also be used for interiors. A ‘swan edge’ finish ensures a modern, crisp look. A reclaimed or new worked Yorkshire sandstone creates a distinguished and natural design.
